Aileen Horwath has joined ipHouse as a Senior Sales Guru. Ms. Horwath has over six years of Internet sales experience. Prior to ipHouse, she worked as a Customer Care Manager at VISI.com where she developed and documented procedures for service fulfillment -- helping to enhance customer focus while expanding product lines. A top sales person, she acted as a point of escalation and as a liaison between engineers and clients during service setup and technical trouble-shooting.
Ms. Horwath began her Internet career at MRNet Internet Services where, as a Product Manager, she conducted strategic product analyses, resulting in better positioning of products within the marketplace. Ms. Horwath holds a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She brings her strong emphasis on communication, customer service and process management to ipHouse.
